We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of the order’s delivery date on all hair extensions that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Please kindly note that approved returns are eligible for exchange or refund to the original payment method.

Once we receive your return and confirm that it passes inspection, we aim to have your new exchange order shipped within one (2) business days. It can take up to 5-10 business days for funds to transfer to your original payment method.
